We market our pre-planned Loyalty Maintenance product as a warranty compliance program, which combines a dealer branded loyalty rewards incentive designed to drive YOUR customers back to YOUR service drive at reimbursement rates that you establish.

The Loyalty incentives can be accumulated by customers and used for SALES (applied as a discount on the purchase of their next vehicle) or SERVICE (used as a discount on repair services and parts) at your dealership only.
The Rewards Program can be customized with additional service benefits that your dealership can choose to offer your customers (such as service or parts discounts) supporting your service advisors with upsell opportunities.
Your customers receive an annual Tri-PAC Dealer Loyalty Rewards Statement (private-labeled with your dealership logo) which provides them with an accounting of the incentives they have accumulated. They are also provided with thank you letters after each planned service visit.

Unlike other loyalty programs, with our program, your customers pay for their loyalty, not you. There is no additional cost to you for this program and no long-term leases or contracts.
